Products not included in the Order Confirmation are not considered part of the contract.

Additional delivery attempts beyond three visits may incur extra charges.

8. Order Cancellation

After this period, cancellation charges may apply. If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting relevant charges.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Original packaging must be retained until the issue is resolved.
Products opened from factory-sealed packaging, used, or switched on cannot be accepted for exchange or replacement unless covered by applicable consumer protection laws.
